History
Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded by and is presently managed by Mr. Kerry M. Bell. Mr. Bell has been in the commercial real estate business in the Atlanta metro area since 1983. Our team has been serving the metropolitan Atlanta area business community since 1992. In 2002, we were named in the Atlanta Business Chronicle and the CoStar Advisor as one of the TOP 20 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage companies in Atlanta. This tremendous accomplishment was made possible by enlisting a team of client oriented professionals.
